You can report any reviews that you feel are not fair or bogus to us and we will contact the reviewer to determine whether they are prepared to remove or alter it.If they choose to keep it online and you are still not happy you can issue a formal complaint and we will work to determine whether the review is fair. It is important to note that all reviews have a right to reply option below so you are able to respond to the reviewer and that will be seen publically against your review.
It is also important to note that any reviews that do not adhere to our Code of Conduct will automatically be removed. If you feel any review breaches that code of conduct please notify us immediately.
What does beta mean?
Beta means we are still making changes to the functionality of the website, behind the scenes. We are striving to make Ekspi the one-stop marketplace to connect social sector expertise with the people who need it, but this is going to take a little time. We will be asking our users for feedback on existing, new and planned developments, but if you have any thoughts please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Will I have to start to pay to use the website?
It is completely free and will always be free to register, create a profile and post and apply to assignments. We will introduce a payment model over the coming months, but this is likely to be a transaction fee when someone is actually hired, and not for posting an advert or applying for an assignment which may end in failure.
If you are interested in hiring Ekspi to proactively find candidates for your role we charge a flat £500 fee. If you would like us to proactively find candidates for your role, vet and handpick appropriate candidates we charge £1400.

I haven’t been shortlisted for jobs?
The best way to maximise your chances of being shortlisted is to have an up to date and completed profile with reviews from past employers.
While we are in beta we have chosen to only work with a small number of organisations directly while also uploading existing opportunities we have found elsewhere to make sure you have as many opportunities through this site as possible.As more organisations come on board to use Ekspi directly there will be a greater chance of you being shortlisted.
Can I move from a Recruiter to an Ekspert?
Yes, we understand that many people will want to move between the two. All you need to do is click on your name in the top right hand corner and then click on your account and you will see that you can just move from ekspert to recruiter or vice versa.
